Ansonia Clock Co., Royal Bonn case, “La Nord”, ca 1904. This is an outstanding Royal Bonn case in colors I have never seen before, dark chocolate browns, yellow roses, and more unusual no gold gilt. The case is perfect. Bezel, dial, hands, open escapement movement, all are perfect. This clock came with the Miller collection. Case is 14 1/2 inches wide, 12 inches high. It should sell in the $1300-$1800 range. Ly-Ansonia No.2584.

Ansonia Clock Co., Royal Bonn, “LaPalma”, ca 1914. This one could be a favorite. Lovely pink shades with just a touch of some white and violet flowers, and some tastefully used gold accent. There is a touch of blue on the top and sides. This large case is 12″ high, and 14.25″ wide. This clock should bring $2000. Ly-Ansonia No. 2615.

C.1904, Ansonia, Royal Bonn, La Vendee, in very good original condition. This clock has an attractive tri-color dial, black numerals on a cream field with red fleur-de-lis between each numeral, and with open escapement. There has been a small 1 inch chip re-glued in place by the lower left foot that is only visible on very close inspection. Otherwise this would be excellent to outstanding. Still the large yellow and pink daisies are painted on with fine detail and set off nicely with sky blue trim. Height 14 inches

C.1902, Ansonia Royal Bonn “LaVerdon”, Porcelain china clock in royal blue with dark pink flowers and gold accents (some wear to accents). This clock came to us from a local collector and was just professionally cleaned and is in good running order. The porcelain dial is excellent, with minor hairlines at 2:30. Has desirable open escapement and original hands; note both dial center and chapter ring with Ansonia address. Gold signature on rear of case is excellent. Signed Ansonia movement. The only minor drawback is an old replacement pendulum which has been there a long while, and keeps timeä.you can certainly locate a replacement at a Mart if you search around. Ansonia Clock Co. Royal Bonn clock, signed, “La Vogue”, C. 1901. It was both etched in the case and stamped on the case, before the firing. It is 12.75″ high and 11.25″ wide, clean inside and out, perfect case. There are very faint hairlines or imperfections in the 2 piece porcelain dial. Brass sash, rings, and bezel, all polished. Correct hands, open escape mechanism, and pendulum. Movement as always is 8 day, half hour gong strike, running good. Unusual coloring scheme, primary color is cream, with coral-pink highlights on the top and sides, and around the outer edge of the front. Beautiful yellow, purple, and pink flowers. Nice gold accents used discretely and sparingly. Complete and 100% original. Came with a collection of other Ansonia clocks. Ly-Ansonia, page 620.

Ansonia Clock Co. parlor clock, “Lowell”, ca 1886. Walnut case has never been cleaned and it is very dirty. Original glass, old dial, pendulum, beat scale, and full label. Even has the original signed key. Stands 23 1/2 inches high. The top ornament should be round, not a clover. It would look better without anything on top. Movement is running, but would sure benefit from a service call. 8 day, strike and alarm on a nickel bell. Ly-Ansonia No.1829.

Ansonia Clock Co. crystal regulator, “Marquis”, ca 1904. One of the best crystal regulators I have ever had. It is not perfect, but the rich gold ornaments still have most of the gold intact. The brass box is also good but a light polishing would help. It stands 15 1/2 inches high and is all original. The movement is 8 day, half hour gong strike, 2 piece porcelain dial with open escapement, 4 beveled plate glasses with nary a corner chip. Most unusual. This is a keeper. Ly-Ansonia No.334.

Ansonia Clock Co. mantle clock, “Mironda”, ca 1904. Usually found with a seated statue on top, but it is not necessary. 8 day, half hour gong strike, running. 2 piece porcelain dial, French sash, and beveled glass, are all very nice. Finish looks like it was Syrian Bronze originally, needs to be refinished. Ly-Ansonia No.1505.

Ansonia Clock Co., statue clock, “Music”, ca 1894. The harp player and the clock tower are both standing on a black enameled iron base that has stood the test of time pretty well. There are a couple of tiny paint chips, insignificant really, the paint overall is bright and clean. Surely I will be corrected by the more knowledgeable statue collectors, but it looks to me like the clock tower, statue, and feet on the base, were originally all silver except the ears on each side of the clock tower which were gold gilt. The statue has lost most of the finish, the tower and feet have held pretty well. As usual, the movement is 8 day, striking a standing gong, and running. Two piece porcelain dial is very good, signed below the open escapement, has a silver French sash, and a beveled glass. The heavy clock is 22″ high and 19″ wide. Ly-Ansonia No. 502.
