Ansonia Clock Co. Royal Bonn porcelain clock, “Whisper”, ca 1901. Case is signed, the back door, pendulum and key are correct. Case is 10 1/2 inches high, 11 inches wide, primary color is a rich purple, turquoise, or violet tint. Matching purple flowers, a little green, (leaves) white, yellow and the usual gold striping. 8 day, half hour gong strike. Rocco sash, beveled glass, porcelain dial has small dirty hairlines. Just a little bath in the ultrasonic. No chips, breaks, or hairlines in the very nice case. Ly-Ansonia No.2551.
