About the Ansonia “Strut” Clock

Title: Ansonia Strut Clock Model – A Collector’s Essential

This timepiece, renowned for its distinctive design and mechanical precision, showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of the Ansonia Clock Company during its golden era.

The Strut clock typically features an ornate cast-iron case with a unique “struts” or vertical bars design, which lends the clock its namesake. Brass is another common material used in the construction of the dial, pendulum, and movement components, contributing to the overall elegance of the Strut clock.
