Title: Ansonia Reflex Clock Model – A Collectible Masterpiece of American Horology

The Ansonia “Reflex” clock, produced between the late 19th and early 20th centuries, is a captivating mantel clock that graced numerous homes during its time. Known for their high-quality craftsmanship, the Reflex model is one of Ansonia Clock Company’s most celebrated creations.

The Reflex clock features an intricate cast-iron case with a distinctive elongated oval shape, which gives it a unique and elegant appearance. The case is often adorned with ornate floral and geometric patterns, adding to its visual appeal. Notable materials used in the construction of the Reflex clock include brass and copper for parts like pendulums and weights, contributing to its sturdy build and longevity.

What makes the Ansonia Reflex clock a desirable collectible is its combination of aesthetic charm and mechanical precision.
