Ansonia Clock Co., New York, Royal Bonn “La Roche” porcelain 8 day time and strike mantel clock, visible escapement, c1901
the China case is in very good original condition, with no damage or losses and just the expected faint wear to the gold accents and light crazing on the fired surface. The signed porcelain dial has a few faded lines, but otherwise is pristine. The pallets are steel. The beveled glass is fine, and all the brass pieces, including the rear door, have been polished and lacquered. The signed movement’s pendulum is too long, may be a replacement. Ht 14″
