C.1880, Ansonia Clock Co., “Echo” 30-hour time and strike novelty automaton.
This is a cute little clock with a nickel plated case has a cast figure that strike a bell on the hour with his right arm. There is some roughness on the front edge of the case and a dent on the bottom edge. The nickel plating is in pretty good except for the back, which is worn. Height 73/4″

C.1880, Ansonia Clock Co., ECHO animated alarm clock.
Condition: Very good original condition; would be outstanding if someone had not stippled the bezel slightly in replacing the glass. Hammer head is inverted from catalog drawing, but is fine as is. The original paper dial has turned a little tan from age, but is still remarkably nice. Height of case 4″; overall Height 7.5 inches

WITH REPAIRS. Note the original cup shaped bell+stem broke off and someone drilled and tapped the stem and added a “bell shaped” bell from another novelty. Original paper dial has some wear at the center of the alarm circle, otherwise fine. Would be worth $2000 if original. Height 7.5 inches
