Ansonia Clock Co. porcelain case, "Waco", ca 1901. Like so many in this collection, this clock is decorated in Cobalt Blue with ruby flowers and a very generous amount of gold all around the edges. In many parts of the country, Cobalt Blue is the most collectable color. One piece porcelain dial, Rocco sash, beveled glass. 8 day of course, striking half hours on acathedral gong. This clock is 11-1/2 inches high, 10 inches wide. Completeand near perfect clock. Ly-Ansonia No. 2538.
