Ansonia Clock Co., metal cased, "Sussex", ca 1901. The case has a Colonial brass finish, cast brass sash, brass dial with some wear primarily around the winding arbors, and beveled glass. It has engraved designs on the front plate, 4 brass turned columns and feet. The case is 10 3/4 inches high. Movement is 8 day, half hour gong strike, and is running. Ly-Ansonia No.1594.
