Antique Ansonia "Santa Fe" Model Clock

Previous Model - Next Model
Santa Fe

Catalog Description:

C.1904, Ansonia Clock Co., "Santa Fe" wall clock in black walnut and in very good restored condition. This case style is very similar to the Waterbury "Rosedale" (lot 305), and Mr. Rappaport had them hanging side by side. The case has been attractively refinished; there is a line of small veneer chips along the edge of the door, that are only visible on close inspection. The brass pendulum bob has a small crease in it; weights are new. The original paper dial is excellent and retains Ansonia logo; original beat scale intact. This clock employs the Arrow top double wind 2-weight movement used in many of Ansonia\'s mid range wall clocks; see Ly 1998 book, figure 566. Clean and running. Height 52"
