Catalog Description:

C.1883, Ansonia Clock Co., "Regulator No. 4" in walnut, with restoration and in good running order. The case has been stripped of its finish. The original iron mounting bracket has been attached in the original holes with machine screws were the wood pulled out (looks OK). The top side finials are replaced (center original), and the bottom finials are missing; top left molding with small chip. The Ansonia beat scale is in an envelope in the case. The well made Swiss center sweep pinwheel movement has been cleaned and re-strung and with a strong beat; the hands, bezel and pendulum are original. Big and impressive and will respond to restoration. Height as shown 82 inches
