Antique Ansonia "Prompt" Model Clock

C.1901, Ansonia "PROMPT" wall clock in an unusual two tone case of cherry and walnut. It really has all the contrast that shows in the photo. Interestingly, the clock retains original reverse-screened front tablet of a hummingbird, butterflies and floral sprays. I really don\'t know how to estimate this clock, as Ly\'s 1998 Ansonia guide puts this 8-day striking spring model at $1000. I imagine that is conservative. Clean and running. Height 50 inches
