Antique Ansonia "Monmouth" Model Clock

Catalog Description:

C.1901, Ansonia Clock Co., "Monmouth" 8-day spring mantel clock in generally good condition. The dial has some tarnish and the minute markings are gone. Someone has touched up the numbers with black paint (poorly). Retains proper signed Ansonia movement, that ticks and strikes, but would benefit from service. This line of clocks was only offered in "Colonial Brass Finish" over iron, and on many the brass is worn down to iron; this one is still presentable. Height 11 inches
