C.1900, Ansonia Clock Co., "La Nord" porcelain china, 8-day mantel clock. Handsome Royal Bonn case in dark aqua and blue tints with colorful floral decoration and gilt highlights. Case is perfect except for one tiny area on rigHeight top which was a glazing bubble (and with some original gilding that stuck in the blemish). Visible escapement movement and cast brass French-style sash and nice porcelain dial with only a minor hairline at 11:00. This really is an exceptionally attractive clock. Height 11.75” $1,100-$1,400
