C.1880, Ansonia Clock Co., "La France\' black enameled iron case clock in good, as-found condition. The case has suffered some paint loss and the lions are bare spelter at this point. However the clock retains a perfect porcelain dial with open escapement, and the movement (though dirty) is the premium version with brass barrels surrounding the springs. Runs +strikes. Height 11\'
