Ansonia "LA DUCHESSE" Enameled Iron., circa 1883 Case: Cast iron case with enamel finish. 10 1/2" tall Works: Ansonia 8 day brass with hour and half hour strike on gong. Reference:Ansonia Clocks by Tran Duy Ly. Condition: Case: Very good, The red finish on the trim around the base it not too good ( see picture). Works: excellent.
